Ghita Kittane Belmaachi

Founder of Neyleen Fine Jewellery

Opening new paths, bringing jewellery houses to light: a vision of contemporary jewellery

Listen on

At 50, Ghita Kittane is fulfilling her childhood dream: to create an alternative jewellery house in Morocco.

The founder of Neyleen Fine Jewellery, nestled in Casablanca’s Golden Triangle, selects each piece for the emotion it evokes.

After more than 20 years in the corporate world and training at L’ÉCOLE, School of Jewelry Arts, supported by Van Cleef & Arpels, she dared to leave it all behind and return to what mattered most: her passion.

Ghita is a passionate businesswoman who sees jewellery as a form of self-expression: a talisman that tells a story and reveals a personality.

Committed to women’s entrepreneurship, she embodies a straightforward kind of boldness: “we learn as we go”.

A very special episode for me: Ghita is someone I know and admire, and seeing Vever jewellery offered at Neyleen holds particular meaning.

An episode to inspire action

In this episode, Ghita reflects on:

  • A childhood surrounded by beauty and an early passion for jewellery.
  • The turning point at the Saham Foundation and the birth of Neyleen.
  • The courage to leave a comfortable position and embark on an entrepreneurial journey.
  • Her meticulous selection of the brands she represents and her vision of jewellery as a form of self-expression.
  • Her future plans for Neyleen and her place as a woman entrepreneur in Morocco.
  • Her definition of boldness: staying true to yourself when doubt is at its strongest.
