Made Entirely in France
Celebrating French craftsmanship has been at the heart of the Maison’s philosophy since 1821.
To bring its creations to life, Maison Vever works with some of the finest French artisans from Place Vendôme. They master both modern and time-honoured jewellery-making techniques, including plique-à-jour enamelling.
The enameller with whom the Maison works, Sandrine Tessier, holds the Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) distinction, and her workshop bears the "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" label.
Recycled Natural Diamonds
Our ambition: to limit the production of new materials and give existing ones a new lease of life.
After several years of research and meticulous work, Vever launched its certified supply chain for recycled natural diamonds in 2025, adhering to strict specifications:
- These diamonds come exclusively from older pieces of jewellery (made more than five years ago). They are carefully removed from their settings, traced, inspected and sorted before finding a new life in our jewellery creations.
- Their traceability is verified by SCS Global Services, an independent auditor, ensuring full transparency at every stage: the provenance of the jewellery from which they were removed, confirmation that it was made more than five years ago, and assurance that the diamonds originate outside conflict zones.
Recycled diamonds embody the very essence of jewellery: each carries a story. Once removed from its setting, a diamond is reborn in a new creation, destined in turn to be passed down from generation to generation.
Recycled Gold
There is an abundance of gold already above ground: it is estimated that 80% of the Earth’s gold reserves have already been mined.
What is more, most of the gold mined each year comes from industrial mines, whose operations have a considerable environmental impact: mining waste, soil pollution and greenhouse gas emissions.
That is why we have chosen recycled gold for our jewellery and high jewellery collections.
We work with RJC Chain of Custody-certified refiners. The gold they recycle comes from jewellery production offcuts, old jewellery, dental gold and electronic devices such as phones and computers.
Purpose-Driven Company
Maison Vever is the first company in the luxury sector to become a purpose-driven company under French law. This status, established by the French state, is intended for “companies wishing to work for the common good by placing solutions to social and environmental challenges at the heart of their business model”.
The Maison aims to offer jewellery that respects people and nature, made exclusively in France.
The Maison is a member of the Communauté des Entreprises à Mission, the French community of purpose-driven companies.
