Delivery

We offer free delivery to your chosen address in Europe for orders of €1,000 or more, and to other destinations for orders of €3,000 or more.

Once we receive your jewellery from our workshops, delivery generally takes 2 to 3 days within Europe and 7 working days for destinations outside Europe.

Orders delivered outside Europe are invoiced excluding tax. Local taxes, including VAT and any customs duties, may be charged on arrival and are payable by the recipient. These amounts are not included in the price charged by Vever.

If you have any questions about your delivery, our team is at your disposal.

Any jewellery purchased on www.vever.com and delivered within Europe may be returned free of charge within 14 days of receipt. Once the return has been approved, the refund will be issued via the payment method used for the purchase.

Jewellery purchased at the Vever showroom may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, store credit or a refund, as you prefer.

Personalised jewellery cannot be returned. Returns are not available for orders delivered outside Europe.
