“They didn’t know it was impossible, so they did it.”

Lou Dana is a 27-year-old serial entrepreneur whose career has taken off at remarkable speed. With a master’s degree in entrepreneurship from École Polytechnique and HEC, as well as a doctorate in pharmacy, she left medicine to launch Grace with two brilliant partners, Quentin Roy, whom she met at HEC, and Martin Lenweiter. Born from her own experience of a burglary, it is the world’s first free protection for luxury goods, covering valuables in full. She and Quentin make an ideal, complementary pair—action followed by reaction on one side, reflection followed by action on the other. Without him, this venture would not have been possible. She also hosts “The Luxury Podcast”, a platform for conversations with leaders in the sector.

Her personality? A bold, resilient young woman who responds with action, has had a head for business since childhood, puts the team before the idea, and excels in several roles: entrepreneur, podcaster and doctor of pharmacy.

In this episode, Lou reflects on:

  • Her daring childhood and her studies in pharmacy and business.
  • Grace’s beginnings with Quentin Roy, the strategist who co-designed the model transforming the luxury post-purchase experience.
  • Raising funds in a matter of days
  • Grace’s innovative business model and running a company at the ages of 27 and 29.
  • The origins and values of The Luxury Podcast.
  • Environmental responsibility in luxury and resilience as a key to leadership.

Lou Dana’s dictionary of audacity celebrates getting things done, teamwork and the boldness of those who refuse to accept that something is impossible.
