A mother of four, she has balanced her art history studies and family life with the responsibilities of leading the world’s largest international photography fair, which welcomed more than 80,000 visitors, 1,700 artists and 245 exhibitors from over 30 countries in 2024.

In this episode, Florence shares her deep love of photography in all its forms: from historical works to digital innovations, from emerging talent to the most established artists. She discusses her efforts to raise the profile of women photographers through the “Elles × Paris Photo” programme, the challenges of artistic and commercial management, and her vision for a Paris Photo that is inclusive, engaged and forward-looking.

A compelling account that reveals the vital role of artistic leadership combined with rigorous management in supporting a remarkable global photography scene.
